About Kathy

Kathy has lived in the Pikes Peak area for over 10+ years. A native of Wisconsin, Kathy moved to Colorado in 1979. After earning a B.S. in Journalism and Advertising from CU, it was off to 8 years of working as a trial paralegal in real estate and water law. In 1995, Kathy moved to Woodland Park, and started selling real estate in 1996.

After working for a large agency for several years, Kathy formed FLOOD REALTY, Inc., an agency that focuses on personal service and putting the clients needs first. The agency consists of Kathy, Teresa Bianco, and Denise Carlson-Todd. We are all friends and work well together.

Kathy and her husband live on a ranch north of Woodland Park. They enjoy riding their horses, and taking care of their dogs and cats.

About Teresa

Teresa began her real estate career on Long Island working for a powerhouse brokerage firm that allowed her to sell on the “Island” and in the Hamptons. After rising to Top Producer her first year, she continued to develop her strong relationships with the community and her clients. She was the relocation specialist for all of the North Shore of Long Island by helping relocate executives, professionals and their families.

Today, Teresa works and lives in the Broadmoor Community. She takes a leadership role in her selected fundraising efforts, while also finding time to fly fish in the beautiful rivers and lakes of Colorado and the surrounding western

 states.

Teresa is on the cutting edge of this growing community, with her pulse on all the wonderful things that the Broadmoor and surrounding areas have to offer. She raised three children who attended District 12 schools and who lived as though they were in a constant Nike commercial.

She creates a service that meets the clients’ every real estate need. Her honesty and leadership is an asset to Flood Realty, Inc.

About Denise

Denise moved to Woodland Park from the western suburbs of Chicagoin 1998. A graduate of ISU (environmental health) and NIU (computer science), she is Kathy’s licensed assistant. Denise and Kathy met and became friends after Kathy sold her family their home in Woodland Park.

Denise and her husband live in Woodland Park and are very active in the community. Both of their children attended Woodland Park schools. Their son, lives in Littleton and works in a ski shop. Their daughter, attends CU in Boulder. The Todds spend their time spinning, skiing, and hiking.
